More than anything, we’re a family of pet lovers at Edenhills, just like you. We understand what it’s like to love and lose your pet because we’ve been there, and so our cremation services are designed to give you peace of mind and your pet the respectful farewell they deserve.
The values behind our family-run business
Our family has been providing pet cremation services since 1984. In that time, we’ve drawn on our personal experience of loss to develop a service that is as compassionate as it is professional.
We’ve brought our family’s pet-loving values to our work, which makes our business more than just a business – it’s a profession for all of us. We’re passionate about providing the very best care for you and your pet, and we take great pride in setting the benchmark for quality in everything we do.
Personal experience defines our professional service
As animal lovers, it goes without saying we’ve mourned the passing of several pets over the years. Most recently, we lost Cookie (‘Cookie Monster’) our black Labrador, who had to be put to sleep after sustaining a back injury – she’d been with us for 13 years. Her loss left a huge hole in our family. Following Cookie’s passing, we adopted Wally the golden Labrador from the RSPCA in Bendigo. He’s the most laidback Labby that we’ve ever met. These personal experiences, combined with our years supporting pet owners who have lost their loved ones, drive our passion for providing the finest pet cremation services we possibly can, making a difficult time as easy as possible for you and your family.
