How can I purchase tickets?
We recommend you purchase your tickets online now to ensure you get access to the Festival. Tickets are available to purchase online via Eventbrite.
Can I buy tickets from other sellers or social media posts?
No, we strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any third-party sellers or social media accounts. These are often scams, and we cannot guarantee the validity of tickets bought outside our Eventbrite ticketing pages.
Do I need to select which day I’m attending the Festival?
No, you don’t need to choose your day when you purchase your ticket – you can decide later. However, once your ticket is scanned at the gate, it becomes valid for that day only and cannot be used for entry on another day.
Can I use a companion card to enter the festival?
What counts as a concession card?
Eligible concession cards include, full time student, health care, DVA, pension & seniors cards. Proof of entitlement required on entry.
I need to change the name on my ticket order, how can I process this?
You can follow the instructions on Eventbrite to update your tickets.

Does my Cat Lovers Festival ticket entitle me entry into Dog Lovers Festival?
It sure does! All cat lovers, who also love dogss, can enter the Dog Lovers Festival with the same ticket! That’s 2 great Festivals for the price of 1. Please note you must enter both Festivals on the same day.
Does my ticket entitle me to entry on both days?
You will need a ticket for each day that you want to attend.
I’ve bought tickets but can’t find them. How can they be re-sent?
Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox as a link embedded in the email.
Click on the links in the email and they will open a blank web page and the tickets will download directly into your downloads box.
If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. The sender’s name will be Eventbrite.

Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no refunds policy, so please ensure you can make the event prior to paying for your ticket(s).
If your plans do change and you can’t attend, tickets are fully transferrable so feel free to pass them on to your family or work colleagues!
Do I have to print my ticket?
You are not required to print your ticket.
Just present your ticket for scanning at the entry, either as a printed version or the digital version on your phone for fast entry.
It will then be scanned and you can enter the Festival directly.
