In line with our ongoing commitment to ending cat homelessness, we are providing the opportunity for a limited number of Adoption Groups to exhibit within the popular Adoption Zone free of charge.

We will cover your exhibiting costs and allocate stands based on your date of application and quantity of cats you can bring to the Festival. All participating organisations will receive the following:

• Expo stand: Approx 3m x 3m Including walls, carpet, lighting and signage.
• Staff Access: Exhibitor badges and lanyards for staff/volunteers on your stand.
• Cat Access: Registration for your cats to be on your stand during the Festival (cats and handlers must comply with our comprehensive Animal Management Plan).
• Website listing: Dedicated page on the Exhibitor List and Adoption Zone pages on our website for your organisation including editorial and links to your website and social media.

Applications for stands in the Adoption Zone will be allocated based on a combination of the following:

• If your organisation is a registered Not-for-Profit
• What your euthanasia policy is
• Why you want to participate
• How many animals you currently have available for adoption
• How many animals you are able to bring along to the Festival
• In return for a free stand, participants are asked to assist in marketing the Festival and participate in our popular Pat-A-Cat feature.

This is a wonderful opportunity to align with Australia’s leading and most exciting feline focused festivals where you can help find loving, well-suited homes for all your cats in need.

No other event in Australia can provide direct access to so many households looking to adopt and certainly not free of charge.
