Dr Amy is a global veterinarian, animal welfare advocate and pet health educator. With over 16 years of experience, Dr Amy has cared for more than 100,000 animals across Australia, the Pacific Islands, Asia and South Africa. Her experience includes emergency and critical care, general practice, animal welfare and shelter medicine, and wildlife rescue.
Dr Amy believes that education and preventative healthcare are some of the most powerful tools we have to help our pets live longer, healthier and happier lives. She translates the science of pet care into clear and practical advice, empowering people to make informed, healthy choices for their pets every day.
An engaging educator who has presented internationally, Dr Amy is delighted to be joining the 2026 Cat Lovers Festival, to share expert insights and help pet owners give their cats the very best care.
