Does my Cat Lovers Festival ticket entitle me entry into the Dog Lovers Festival?
It sure does! Your ticket also grants free entry to the Melbourne Dog Lovers Festival, happening on the same weekend, giving you two incredible festivals for the price of one!
Once I have purchased my tickets where will they be sent?
Once you have purchased your tickets they will be emailed to your inbox as a link embedded in the email. Click on the links in the email and they will open a blank web page and the tickets will download directly into your downloads box. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folders. The sender’s name will be Eventbrite.

May I come on either day with my ticket?
Yes, your ticket grants you access to attend the Festival on either the Saturday or the Sunday.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you are not required to print your ticket. Just present your ticket for scanning at the entry, either as a printed version or the digital version on your phone for fast entry. It will then be scanned and you can enter the Festival directly.
Do you offer any special tickets for carers, pensioners or children?
Companion and Carers’ Cards are accepted; you just need to present your card to ticketing or security staff at the door upon entry. Companion card holders enter free of charge upon presentation of the card so you just need to purchase a ticket for the person in your care. The same practice will occur with anyone holding a NDIS card requiring an Auslan interpreter. We only offer a ticket discount for government-approved Pension Cards; not for Seniors Cards. Kids under 12 years of age enter the Festival for FREE!
Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no refunds policy, so please ensure you can make the event prior to paying for your ticket(s). If your plans do change and you can’t attend, tickets are fully transferrable so feel free to pass them on to your dog-loving friends, family or work colleagues!

We cannot guarantee tickets will be available for sale on the door and anticipate another sold-out Festival, so we highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to avoid missing out.
