For the first time at our Sydney Festival, Dr Karl will deep-dive into the Science of Cats with a fascinating talk titled: ‘The Top 10 Sciency Things’ you didn’t know about your cat’. His enthusiasm for science is infectious and, when combined with his fascination for our feline friends, it all adds up to an absolute must-attend mind-expanding talk.
CATMANTOO & Didga
World famous festival favourites CATMANTOO (aka Robert Dollwet) and his best friend Didga, return with an all-new show packed with tricks & insights to help you teach your cat things you never thought possible with his informative talk Teaching a cat is easier than you think! Plus, you might even get the chance to meet Didga after each show if she’s in the mood – Didga (sometimes) loves the attention from her adoring fans!
Dr Katrina Warren
One of Australia’s most popular veterinarians & pet experts, Dr Katrina Warren has entertained and educated millions about pet care and the positive benefits of pet ownership for 30 years. Katrina will continue to inspire and educate visitors at the Sydney Festival. Gather some insights with The Most Common Cat Problems Solved including scratching furniture and carpets, waking you up at night, or early in the morning (oh no!) and litter-box issues. Then head on back later in the day for her talk titled Things cats do and why will cover interesting topics like drowning toys in their water bowl, shoving their butt in your face and obsessions with bleach.
Kitty Cosplay
Get ready to paw-ty at the biggest Cat-dress up party competition in Sydney on the WHISKAS® Stage daily at 3.15pm! Show off your cat-creativity and either design or hire an impressive feline-inspired costume, then click here to register to be part of the Kitty Cosplay Fashion Purrrade. Winners receive cash prizes and a goody pack to take home for their kitty. Or just wear your favourite cat ears, whiskers, or tail to the Festival – we want everyone to channel the spirit of the show and have fun dressing up with some feline-flair!
